BOOK A PARTY: ONLINE
COST: $200 (required at the time of booking)
60 minutes of Gym time, 30 minutes of time in our Party Room.
16 cupcakes (chocolate and vanilla) and juice boxes.
Staff set up decorations prior to the party (tables, chairs, tablecloths and napkins)
Coaching and support staff help keep your party on track and flowing!
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
12 children (includes walking toddlers)
2 coaches will also support your event.
1 hour of gym time
30 minutes of celebration time in the party room.
Party start and end times will be strictly enforced.
HOW PARTIES at SMITHERS SALTOS WORK:
FIRST 60 MINUTES
- Coaches will lead the children and adults: warm up activities, circuits, games, free time and cool down.
- No socks, hats or choking hazards while using the equipment.
- Bouncy castle will be set up.
FINAL 30 MINUTES
- 30 minutes to eat the cupcakes and open gifts!
- Please no extra games or activities in this room.
- Staff will be on hand after 30 minutes to start turning over the room for the next party.
- Everyone heads to the main entrance to wash hands and depart.
- Please no additional decorations in the party room. There will be no advance access to the party room for additional set up.
- CONSENT FORMS REQUIRED: All participants will need to have completed the Consent Form prior to any participation in the program. Adults wishing to use any of the equipment will also need to complete the Consent Form. Consent will be available at the facility when participants arrive.
- ARRIVE ON TIME: Please arrange to arrive at the facility on time to ensure maximum value and fun!
- STAFF WILL SET UP THE PARTY ROOM: Please no additional food or decorations.
- PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. No exceptions.
- CANCELLATIONS: 2 weeks notice by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Account credit will be provided.
